Pros

The employees are the greatest asset at this company.

Cons

The employees are blindsided by upper management to continue their employment at a sinking ship that has no money or cares about their employees. People are let go for no reason at all because of age or make too much money with no notice. Very bad company to work for.

APITech employees have been and continue to be the greatest asset to our company; we have policies surrounding diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as anti-harassment and the prohibition of discrimination. We have employees from multiple generations, backgrounds, beliefs, etc., and each employee brings a unique set of opinions and ideas which makes us a better company. We have had leadership changes and organizational changes to support the mission, vision, values, and APITech Playbook. We have a commitment and obligation to our employees to provide a safe and healthy work environment every day. If any employee has had an experience that is not aligned with what APITech stands for, they have access to the leadership team as well as Human Resources.

Pros

A 4-day work week is super nice, but I would rather work at a company with a 5-day work week that pays much better and values its employees.

Cons

No growth opportunities, and the pay is terrible. The workload is too much for the lack of people on the team, and you don't get a bonus, no matter how hard you work. The company preaches growth opportunities and brags about how they are growing and always exceeding profit goals, but if you aren't high enough in the company, you won't be rewarded for it. I would say 80% of the employees are underpaid, and it's only a 2%-3% raise each year.
