Great mentoring, amazing employee's, and a great office location.

Could not really say much on cons, it was one of the best experiences I have had.

Flexibility in work environment depending on level.

Leadership is conflicted at the senior level. Multiple CEO’s for a business is never good. This work environment is stuck in the 1980’s sadly and refuses to emerge. Consider yourself lucky if you opt landing with a different financial service firm.
