Their mission statement and values all sound great until management decides that the bottom line is more important than trust. After my previous privately-owned employer was bought by Spectrum (an equity firm), we experienced nothing but rounds of layoffs. All were done without warning or input from department managers. AI will have a huge impact on this company and how many employees survive.
