Pros
Spectrum recognizes and values the employee's potential and caliber and gives them opportunities. Spectrum provides abundant chances to enhance and develop employee's knowledge on the current technology. Though not from an IT background, Spectrum gave me opportunity to play an important part in software projects.
Cons
Spectrum has very good infrastructure and is easily accessible being centrally located. Spectrum needs to take advantage of this and concentrate more on training and ISP. related services.
