Spectrum Technology offers excellent opportunities to employees to grow within the IT industry and stay ahead of the rapidly evolving IT industry. I love working with the service team and also interfacing with our clients. I enjoy creating solutions and providing support that helps our clients grow their business. I have worked for Spectrum for over 4 years and have seen this company grow three-fold. Upper Management truly cares about their employees and the needs and concerns both on the job and even personally. I am grateful for the employment opportunity that Spectrum has given me and am excited for the short-term and long-term future at this company.

Although the environment is fun to work in and I enjoy the team atmosphere, like many IT jobs, there can be some rough days. I can always count on the team to provide support and encouragement and also upper management to show their appreciation and gratitude for the hard work and dedication
