      - Pay quite well - Inspirational leadership team - Interesting mission - Really enjoy working with my line manager

      - Everyone purely remote can leave to a disconnect between employees, - Quite disorganized during the recruitment process, but expected due to startup nature - Leadership team are quite young

      -Cool company -Good experience -Good pay

      -Very difficult interview. -Don't actually see any reqruiters until after the first round or two. -Unfair constraints on test.
