A great company to grow and develop in. I felt they were very family friendly. The leadership was very good when I was there and the compensation was better than average through the years.

I feel that the change in ownership impacted the leadership in negative ways but they will survive with who is still there.

No flex time. No effort to develop employees. Engineers are disposable after project nears completion. All Manufacturing in China, huge language and culture barrier
