Pros
Employee appreciation, Continual learning of industry and technology, team spirit, good benefits, some limited ability to grow within but, it can be accomplished. The overall team is great! My manager at the Sun City Nursery was awesome! The VP of HR was always helpful and willing to listen to you. Interesting industry with many moving parts. If you are willing to learn and want an employer where employees are first this is the place for you.
Cons
Lower end of compensation due to industry with minimum profit margins, heavy workload, too many meetings. Sometimes you felt pressured in participating in some of the team activities so, I felt a little compelled to participate and most of the time it was fun... I was just busy and didn’t have time.
