      Diverse project variety, Practice your mind reading skills, Builds patience, Plenty of “did that really just happen?” moments, You’ll appreciate future employers from seeing what NOT to do

      * Poor leadership and absent ownership. * Management refused to take accountability. * Constantly changing expectations. * Frequent gaslighting about prior conversations and instructions. * Passive-aggressive communication. * Unrealistic expectations and workloads. * Promises of bonuses or growth that didn’t materialize. * Employees made to feel replaceable. * High turnover * Scapegoating instead of solving problems.
