Pros

401k. Good hours. Busy. Good customers Good benefits

Cons

Bad management allows other management to harass associates and get them to quit but keep them employed. Overworked and underpaid. Busy but never properly staffed and upper management takes vacations instead of helping failing store. Never properly trained but always blamed Questions about insurance and 401k unanswered. Management never on time. No displicine for constant calling off. Allow associates to do things against policy and promote them. Allow management to fratnize with employees and rehire them. Allow blatant manipulation from management. No breaks.

Work as a team... regulars keep it interesting

Cons

Company expects more and more without proper compensation. 7-11 is closing them down slowly.
