Bonus based on entire store, if you're lacking in one area you fail almost everytime. Lazy manager, he was fired for stealing from the safe, rude & ignorant customers sometimes. Under-age kids trying to buy tobacco. No free meals or discounts. I was training to be shift lead but classes were never set up for me in Springboro
