If you want to work non-traditional business hours (non 9-5 hours), then you'll find them here. I'm not enrolled in the healthcare plan offered by the company, however from what I hear from my fellow coworkers, it seems to be pretty good. It's a growing company with its new aquisitions, so oppurtunities should grow.
Cons
No breaks for 8 hour shifts, training with computers and handheld devices is up to who ever has the time to teach you
