Bonus is achievable in some high volume stores.

Cons

No work/life balance. Merit increase/reviews consistently months late or not received at all. District managers do not mentor. employee promotions thru politics not achievements.

Work as a team... regulars keep it interesting

Cons

Company expects more and more without proper compensation. 7-11 is closing them down slowly.
