Pros

You're always busy and your days go by fast. The people you work with are pretty cool and will help you if you need it.

Cons

Work life balance is horrible. If you're in management you are on call 24/7, which can make life pretty stressful. The stores do not get enough hours for what they are expected to do. The company's overall culture, at least on the retail side, is pretty negative. No matter how much they say they care about their employees, you can tell right away that they don't.
