Fantastic team and great culture. I'll really miss them.

Certain decisions (such as building a US sales team) came just 2-3 years too late.

- Salary was good while it lasted - Peers were very nice and hard-working - Beautiful office space

- Creating slides for internal meetings was more important than working on projects to generate leads - Middle management was ineffective, often wasting their own time while distracting top performers - Unrealistic deadlines led to staff burnout - 70% of team laid off in a mass meeting with zero consultation, no salary paid in August, nor were we given any redundancy pay. Yet they claimed to "value and care for our people."
