Fantastic team and great culture. I'll really miss them.

Certain decisions (such as building a US sales team) came just 2-3 years too late.

When I worked there, it was a great environment - friendly teams, overall good morale, and it seemed like we were progressing well.

Without any warning whatsoever, we were made redundant following the CEO's inability to find proper funding or a buyer for the company. This was managed incredibly poorly, with no notice period or consultation. Incredibly disappointing and left over 70 people in an awful place. Honestly pretty cold and borderline illegal.
