nothing that i can think of, in fact, before I joined this company, I started telling my friends that this is THE company which I was looking for.. and then..
Cons
before joining (to name a few): 1. we are moving to a new premises in 2-3 months (talks going on) - this will never happen 2. we have the best HR policies - my goodness.. i guess they have the worst 3. we are a 60+ employee company - these people are only into in local body shopping 4. we care for our people .... all talks. if you reach at 9:16 due to mumbai traffic.. your half day pay is cut 5. we care for our people .... all talks. you never receive your salary on time The company goal is simple .. make money.. but, unlike other companies they say that their goal is to achieve being a part of NASA (in fact the CEO said this in one of his talks). After working here, I realized that no matter where you stand... at least your goals are better off. The company has ultimate goals with no roadmap of how they will be achieved or any planning.. 1 CEO + 2-3 people in HR + 4-5 fresher to do cold calling + 2-3 people to visit in and around mumbai in local trains (your fare will not be reimbursed) + developers (who are never seen in office as they are already body shopped)
