      The view from the office

      Cons

      Overworked staff is the trend. They spread individuals far too thin. This company has an extremely high turn over rate. They will terminate anyone that won’t play into their company politics. Everything is extremely unorganized, and you’ll spend your day working in fear that you’re next to be fired, even when you’ve done nothing wrong. Awful benefits, and don’t even think about taking pto or a sick day when you’re actually sick. The owner will accuses you of being on an interview.

      Pros

      Very meaningful work. Team is very supportive. snacks always available. Management is approachable and understanding wants to do what's best got their team. Hours are great. With On call which helps you make more especially if you get any calls. you will make time in a half per hour worked. Theres room for growth with in the company as it is expanding.

      Cons

      Open 24/hrs, 365 days a year. Holiday work is rotated and schedule is flexible. Holiday pay included for any holiday worked in office or on call.
