Pros
Unique offering in the East of England making it a very attractive product/service to sell. Brand is becoming really known in the region, lots of positivity surrounding the business and the team. Well known for being a very customer focused business despite being an online recruitment advertiser (believe me very unusual for this type of business). So many loyal customers! Cons
None really, you just need to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in. In a small business you are very visible and if you're shirking in any way its very obvious so don;'t take a job here if you're really not willing to put your back into it.
