      - Multi-platform experience (PC and console) - In-house engine tool and practices with detailled documentation - Knowledgeable dev team for quick responses and fixes - No crunch policy

      Cons

      - Little-to-no official onboarding process (I did prepare one since my start) - Poor product knowledge in other departments (few played the game) - Little QA team in-house so depending on the urgency and severity, certain issues can demand a bit more work
