      Pros

      Friendly environment, no dress code, good opportunities if you have will and skills to take up on responsabilities. Life in Benevento is cheap and salary is enough foor doing just fine.

      Cons

      It looks more like "family managed company" than true professionals. People may tend to do the least they can to get the job done. Lacking on communication leads to half polished products and loss in quality.
