Working in the industry for over 15 years, I feel like the biggest pro is the culture. This environment encourages positivity, enhancing growth and development. Support is available when I need it, and in my experience I know our team has each others backs, especially when unexpected life events happen. Aside from that, there are multiple opportunities for growth, and I can attest that this company recognizes and returns based upon efforts you put in. Despite its accelerated growth, its still a small enough company to which a large majority of people know each other. That being said, executives (to include the CEO) are still involved in the field and listen to suggestions or concerns. Lastly, great insurance/holidays/pto!
Cons
They are growing fast. With 3 current products with specific features distinguishing themselves from the market, it may seem overwhelming to learn. However, each passing month gets better with utilization in the field, education adapting, and a multitude of studies/research as the product maintains proven consistency and on-going positive outcomes to patients. Their third Core Value is no joke. There are a ton of great projects and ongoing advancements in the development/engineering pipeline. If you're used to a fast-paced conditions and are easily adaptable, no worries!
