Pros

- Really nicely decorated office with bean bags, ping pong, games, shower! - Only 8 people at the office, which I like. It is great to establish really close relationships but also really hard to avoid the unpleasant people. - Projects can be very ambitious and challenging - Encouraged to learn, provided with money for classes or conference - (Most people would see this as a negative but I actually like it) You have to be a jack of all trades, work in account management, project management, sales, UX design, babysitting, etc. - The CEO is really outgoing, cool to hang out with and tried his best to make us feel like family

Cons

- No amount of positives can outweigh the biggest negative this company has, the main manager. She is too inexperienced to manage a team and allows her personal life to affect her attitude towards her work and her employees. Anyone who quits cites her as the main and ONLY reason. Hard to collaborate with someone so unpleasant and just plain rude. - It's unclear who the boss is. The CEO never contradicts the manager so whatever she says goes - Lack of a clear process, which is a big source of problems... but they were trying to improve this - The pay is terrible for this industry but great starting point if you need more experience - It can be very slow, long periods where there is a lack of projects (but you can study during that time!) - Benefits kick in 3 months in and you have to pay for half, which is a lot - They think that providing you with one lunch a month and a very awkward happy hour (since morale is so low and everyone dislikes the boss) a month should make up for your low wage - There is no moving up

Pros

Pros: I have to say I completely disagree with the below review. I was hired after two weeks of interviews of which I found the process to be incredibly smooth and easy. The questions that were asked of me during the interview process I found to be extremely relevant to the position in which I was applying for, as it did not seem out of the ordinary to ask. I did not feel they were on a “fact finding mission” as the below reviewer stated, but merely uncovering what tools and platforms I have previously used and are familiar with, as the role requires use of many. The hiring team and CEO were extremely communicative about next steps and what the job role and responsibilities would entail. I felt they were very detailed and thorough in their questions which I found to be extremely relevant for the position in which I was applying. The onboarding process has also proven to fall in alignment with how the interview process went. They have not left me stranded to train or “learn on my own,” but instead have taken a lot of time to train and include me in conversations that are relevant to my position. I can tell the company takes pride in investing in their employees and wanting them to succeed.
