Management needs to improve on communication - Project Manager Splice Digital Employee Review

Work from home. Good hours. There are great people working for this company, but the owners are not people centric and are clueless on how to create and maintain a positive working culture.

Owner is not a good leader. Micromanages to an extreme degree. I was belittled and very disrespected from day one of working with him. Working for Splice left me with significant emotional distress. It was an absolutely horrible experience.

Lots of room to grow, i was able to transition from developing to QA and then to QA specialist seamlessly and i received training and support in the transition. Splices big portfolio of clients and projects makes for an engaging environment
