Pros
Work from home. Good hours. There are great people working for this company, but the owners are not people centric and are clueless on how to create and maintain a positive working culture.
Cons
Owner is not a good leader. Micromanages to an extreme degree. I was belittled and very disrespected from day one of working with him. Working for Splice left me with significant emotional distress. It was an absolutely horrible experience.
