Great People bad Managment - Runner Splice (London) Employee Review

I have never worked a job where the majority of the stress came from the managers not the job itself. Expect to be spoken to very poorly, Micro Management, office politics, be made to feel replaceable and have several personal boundaries crossed. Funny hours having to either get into the office at 6 am or be there until as late as midnight. Terrible pay, can make more at McDonalds even after several promotions. Get in, get some contacts and experience, and get out!
