Pros
I have been a member of the Customer Care team for about a year and have seriously seen this company grow. Even though the everyday work does not always feel heroic, we are all working toward a great goal that keeps us around. Employees here tend to become very close friends which leads to incredible team work and motivation. I have grown here a lot over the past year and the company has visibly grown too. With a new office opening in Dallas and the expansion of the New York office, I am constantly reminded that there is no limit here as long as I keep pushing.
Cons
The pay is rough for New York City. It is not an easy wage to live on but with hard work raises are given. That is really the hardest part. Also, many people have a difficult time seeing the growth opportunities and feel like it is a lost cause.
