On top of that, waking up and knowing I'm heading into an office full of people dedicated to fixing healthcare in America and democratizing access to quality care means I actually have fun even during crunch time.

Being that Spreemo is a startup, you will often have to solve your own problems and make your own opportunities for advancement. And yes, you will have to give up the highest possible compensation, but in exchange you'll get to work with super smart people who realize that making decisions that have a real impact on the business is more valuable than a high salary at the beginning of your career.
