Pros
Almost 9 years in to my career, and I can safely say Sprezzabox is one of the (if not the) best place I've had the pleasure of working for so far. I come from both a corporate and startup background, and Sprezzabox is a startup that is doing it right. You work with a small, bright, and talented group of young professionals in an open office space in Midtown New York City. Team lunches and happy hours are commonplace. With such a small team, you literally "own" your position, and have the ability to drive projects you never thought imaginable. The cofounders provide excellent guidance and are always open to collaborate. For a startup, they offer full medical/dental benefits as well as PTO and flexible working hours. The office culture is very laid back and fluid to your personality. This is a company I look forward to working for, for years to come.
Cons
It is an open office space, and quite different from a more corporate, cubical style setting. You will very likely have a desk mate (which is hardly a con, the entire team is wonderful). If you have worked at a startup before, you should know that a lot drives on your capability to just "do". This is not a place where you are going to be micromanaged or guided day to day, and to some that could be a turnoff. As it is a smaller company and team, the benefits are lacking in comparison to a larger company (namely 401K).
