      Some of the people at my job made it worthwhile, taco cabana every once in a while from admin, and you get to work from home in certain admin jobs (not all).

      Cons

      -No maternity leave will have to use your personal PTO -Favoritism -Work-Life Balance -Micromanagement -Compensation
