Pros
1. Very good culture 2. Good place for beginners 3. Salary hike better than most of the companies 4. Helpful and knowledgable colleagues 5. Excellent work life balance 6. Company will not encourage, finance for new learnings, courses.
Cons
1. You will never get salary on time. Sometimes delayed by 20-25 days. Sometimes not paid full. 2. Increasingly changing culture. From very good to bad. 3. No performance benefits. No compensatory offs. 4. Company will never share the profit with the employees. On the other hand, for losses, the employee suffers by getting less & late payments 5. You will never get a chance to fly onsite 6. The company is running on losses now and has less future projects
