Pros
Most of the pros have long past at this company. The shell of what is still remaining is that there are still technical challenges to be solved on the engineering front for those interested in a good challenge. However, the cons might outweigh any chance at getting momentum towards affecting any change.

- Lack of leadership - Lack of competent product and engineering managers to plan and execute - Culture and teams have been in constant flux with highest turnover of any place I have been. - All benefits have been cut at the moment - Engineering proficiency is very low here and has been throughout the time of the company with most efforts being on the hacked side - Quantity is definitely pushed over quality due to a lull in growth and the company not having a lot of direction on where to really push towards - Lot of ego here mostly on the management level - Many people have been let go or have left due to the company not being honest about the role they were brought on to do and not trusting the employees to make the right decisions
