Pros
Aside from the CEO the people here are generally nice and thoughtful people who came with good intentions. They joined the company because they care about mental health. Their passion for doing good while building something great shows.
Cons
We had an all-hands meeting last week and these are the most upvoted questions people asked anonymously on slido for exec. 'There were a number of questions about cultre, intensity and fit from the 2020 year in review that have not been addressed. Should we expect them to be?' 'I know of at least 5 people who plan to leave Spring when April makes everyone return to the office after covid. Is there a contingency plan?' 'Any plan to improve glassdoor ratings (or improve company culture so ratings improve?) We've lost alot job candidates because the reviews are so bad (and true)' 'We consistently run out of time during this meeting and questions/concerns go unaddressed. worthwhile to set-up a separate company-wide Q&A call at some point?' These are not the kind of questions questions people ask when they are happy with their job. April the CEO makes everyone she works with miserable. It is hell here and most people who made the mistake of joining are trying to get out. Don't make the same mistake no matter what they tell you when they try to convince you to join the company. You will regret it for sure.
