Pros

Like the REAL previous negative reviews, none.

Cons

i ignored the bad reviews on glassdoor prior to joining and thought, how bad could it be? months later, i am now having panic and anxiety attacks at work that is affecting my whole well being even outside of work. this company does not care about care support. if you see SOME of the good reviews here, they're either fake, or is a management or c suite role. this is the worse customer support job ive ever had. they advertise the role as an admin role but this is really a call center job. expect to be used for your whole entire shift for each second and minute, expect to be on phones and following their tediously stupid workflows so complex that they might as well go back to pen and paper, they WILL keep messaging you if you are off phones for even 1 minute, will push you to your absolute limit until you literally have a panic attack during your shift. workflows dont make any sense, all work falls on care support workers. way too many leads and managers doing god knows what, when they can be helping on volumes themselves. if you want to get treated like a robot, work for this company. otherwise, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. I will not offer this job upon my worst enemy, that's how bad it is.

Pros

Definitely some smart and dedicated co workers. Remote work was nice but they are trying to get rid of it too.

Cons

Company tries to be a FAANG without the pay or proper career structure. You are never doing good. Leadership is out to save themselves before anyone else. Quick to pass blame down. It was honestly a very toxic work environment. Wouldn’t be surprised if someone sues the company from how leaders speak to ICs. Poor manager training leads to unprepared managers. There was a first time manager in engineering who had almost everyone on his team quit, never had a single IC under them promoted and the manager still got a hefty promotion. Very clear that company’s priorities are not in the interests of employees.
