Pros
You will gain more experience here than at most other companies in an entry level or mid-level job. You will have more responsibility and more room to grow. It's a fun environment to work in.
Cons
For some it can feel a bit crazy - there is always so much to do and the company is always evolving/changing. You definitely need to be able to self-prioritize and be disciplined about getting your work done.
