Pros
-Relaxed atmosphere since business has not been good. The sub-managers, kitchen and floor staff are like family. -50% off food -A lot of regulars come in that you get to know -Fairly easy job
Cons
-Manager is emotionally volatile and treats her employees very badly if in her "mood". I have helped her and been so kind during her illness and not once has she stopped treating me like a doormat. When people quit, it's because of her. I hope to find a new job soon. -Lack of good training recently.
