poor management - seem to be unaware of how to properly handle tough situations - plays favourites - lets other employees make management decisions for them - management will yell at you over the walkies, which everyone is listening on. employees also talk about customers on walkies poor training sessions - management expect you to know everything after quick training - does not encourage mistakes for growth toxic workplace environment - discrimination - inside drama, childish behaviours - management & employees will speak in foreign language amongst one another - unfriendly overworked staff, poorly paid - tips are pooled together - once called in sick, response was "of course, you are." it was the worst experience I've ever had working of all previous jobs. i had to leave after 3 months, which seems to be common at this place. there seems to be a hierarchy within their workplace. management does not have any consideration for your overall career goals.
