      Genuine sense of urgency for the patients, welcoming and inclusive environment, senior management has an open door policy, fast pace, vast opportunities to learn and grow, great benefits and competitive compensation.

      Pros

      The culture- hype is real. Hands down, best culture I’ve ever worked in. Lets hope EMDS/ Merck KGaA doesn’t ruin it.

      Cons

      The acquisition has been tough. Feels like we’ve joined a sinking ship. A lot of meetings, but real work doesn’t get done.
