      Not concise decision-making Not a lot of room for promotion or movement to do new things Culture on paper is great, but it doesn’t reveal itself in ELT or CLT members

      Pros

      The culture- hype is real. Hands down, best culture I’ve ever worked in. Lets hope EMDS/ Merck KGaA doesn’t ruin it.

      Cons

      The acquisition has been tough. Feels like we’ve joined a sinking ship. A lot of meetings, but real work doesn’t get done.
