Flexible working and great benefits. There is an office in London and it's amazing to have this opportunity to choose to work remotely or go to the office. You work alongside talented and smart people and everyone is very friendly and willing to help. There are so many interesting projects that you can work on. The company organises weekly and monthly events/ activities to make sure the team members stay connected and engaged.

Cannot think of any cons. This may be exciting for some people - you need to feel comfortable working remotely and be part of a fast-growing startup environment.
