Overtime was necessary in the production department, allowing me to earn a comfortable living. Small family owned company with an emphasis on working together to achieve the company's goals.

The only problem with Springbok was that it was apparently mismanaged as the company, while in a tremendous spurt of growth, suddenly was forced into bankruptcy.
