      Job is easy to get. Even if you don't speak English they'll hire you.

      Unprofessional management, Toxic woek environment, no PTO(including holidays), insurance benefits are expensive, non clean environment

      Pros

      My Special Education Staff went and above and beyond for our students. Most of the staff is close and willing to help and take suggestions.

      Cons

      Management makes you do a lot of things that are not needed and it causes a lot of extra work and stress on their teachers. Focus a lot on different kinds of assessments and the students get very burnt out very fast.
