Pay was a bit low so it was difficult to keep good people in the entry positions.

They are flexible and will let you bring your kid to work if you need to. They also do not micromanage.

You will be required to work overtime, but you will never get the job done because of lack of materials to do your job. The work areas are small and dangerous.
