      Good pay & benefits and flex time permitted.

      Cons

      They tell prospective & current clients the majority of property valuations are completed by US analysts, but in reality 99% + are completed in India. There are only 4 analysts based in the US.

      Pros

      Lovely co workers and residents. I have learned a lot from the management and I enjoy all of them.

      Cons

      pay is poor, not competitive. Unfortunately, their hands are tied with this because of a strict budget.
