Pros
Mission is excellent and teams on the ground are thoroughly dedicated to what they do. Despite all the challenges they are innovative, enthusiastic and really care about making a difference. Cross functional work is great and Dev team is exceptional
Cons
Founders failed the transition to becoming C-suite. Whiplash decisions and total absence of change management makes for a fractious work environment. Employee NPS consistently negative. Pay is pretty uncompetitive too
