1. They expect you to work for almost 10-12 hours each day. 2. They don't give salaries in proportion to the amount of work they take from you. 3. They don't care for your health and will ask you to come to office even in Covid crisis. 4. After they have attained what they wanted from you, you will be terminated instantly.

No benefits like PF, insurance, leave policy. Most of revenue is coming from single customer. Customer not increasing since long time. No sales team, No lead generation. Founder more busy writing code then selling product.
