Pros
Incredible amount of talent here, management pays good attention to the wellbeing of staff too. Vienna is fantastic and almost unbelievably affordable city. There's little I can say here that they don't already say on thier website, it's all true and they're quite honest about it all.
Cons
Sproing suffers from some of the typical drawbacks of a larger developer - bloated processes, inter-departmental and inter-project communications issues. Doing work for hire for external clients can be frustrating and uninspiring and it's important to understand this before you go here. Make sure you're someone can still get job satisfaction working on games that aren't your personal cup of tea.
