      Pros

      Sprott is one of the few non-bank owned fund companies still around. This makes it more nimble and open to developing innovative investment products. The new CEO is working hard to shift the company in a new direction.

      Cons

      Sprott's poor fund performance of it's older funds has been an obstacle for it's sales team. Investment advisors perceive them as very risky.

      Work from hm 4 days Interesting investments , metals and energy

      Not a lot of structure Senior people don’t want to run it like a big corp. can cause uncomfortable situation
