      Pros

      Staff is a great cohesive team of caring individuals. Compassionate and trauma informed care are always paramount. Working with kids is a lot of fun.

      Cons

      If you are coming from a school district position, having to work all year round might be undesirable. Sometimes kids will hit, kick, scratch, spit, etc. Sometimes we have to clean up bodily fluids.

      The people are very nice and supportive. Everyone tries to help each other which I really appreciate.

      Cons

      There is no constant shift you can be working two hours a day and that’s it.

      Money hungry management, makes decisions that lead to burnt out and dont listen to our requests No training or onboarding Supervisors do they’re best but their overworked and can’t fully support me
