      Pros

      Nice place to learn everything by yourself. Nice environment, nice team work, good in relationship between staff and the boss. Hard to find senior/experienced team, almost fresh grad or newbie in that field.

      Less benefit, wfo full, bad hrd, bad management, low salary

      Job's not too difficult, and have a learning curve with friendly environment

      In the office some people tend to smoke/vape which makes it uncomfortable and is a big reason on why I left
